Family • India • Oct 2026Hello !! I stayed in Suite Room No. 523 for one day and paid ₹12,000. I checked out well before the checkout time. During that time, three guests came to meet me, and we sat in the reception area. Since there was no air conditioning in the lobby, I politely asked if the AC could be turned on. The reception staff said renovation work was going on and it was not possible. Because of the hot weather and us sweating and feeling uncomfortable, I then asked for a fan. Instead of giving one or offering any other help, the staff acted unprofessionally. I even said I would pay extra for the fan, but they told me, “There is no need to pay your begged amount. If you need, go out from here.” I was shocked and very embarrassed to hear this in front of my guests. The incident was humiliating and showed a total lack of hospitality and care for customers. From my experience, I would not suggest this hotel to others. Hospitality is not just about rooms and facilities—it also means treating guests with politeness and respect, which was sadly missing here.

For stated purpose, hotel is ideally located to reach Trichy railway station. This hotel has ample car parking for self-driving enthusiasts on the move. Rooms are spacious & clean. We found some washbasin taps leaking. Charging point for mobile not adequate. Room interior old style. Feels good but some electrical switches may not work etc. Property has good restaurant on site.
