The rooms are not like the picture shown in Agoda. Need sheets pillow cover are not clean and not properly washed they are reverse and using the same bedsheet others used. You will have better option for this price

Not worth the price ’ poor hygiene in a prime Trichy location.I stayed at Grande Inn in Tiruchirappalli and had a very disappointing experience.While the hotel is located in a convenient area near key spots like Chatram Bus Stand and Rockfort, the stay itself was far from satisfactory. ’Booking.comThe property is quite old and poorly maintained. The washrooms had a strong unpleasant smell, and the linens were itchy and uncomfortable. Cleanliness is a serious concern ’ we even encountered cockroaches at night, which is completely unacceptable.The reception staff were uncooperative and reluctant to acknowledge the issues we raised, making the experience even more frustrating.There is no proper in-house restaurant, which adds to the inconvenience. The use of naphthalene balls as a room freshener was overpowering, and the towels provided were old and worn out.Parking is another downside, with a steep basement that is difficult to navigate.The only positive aspect was the relatively new AC that worked well’but that alone doesn’t make up for the overall poor experience.Overall, despite being in a good location, this hotel is not worth the price and is highly not recommended.

The location is right near to Chathiram bus stand. Very good service from the hotel management and they went above and beyond in terms of even ordering food and did not charge extra. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The only down side is the spring mattress might not be suitable for many. But overall a very good and neat place to stay in Trichy near Srirangam temples. Note that there is an underground parking space which can accommodate 10 cars

Except WiFi, there's no issues I've faced. Huge parking area. Good AC system. Warm welcoming.

We are from Malaysia and visited Trichy for a temple tour. As a group of three, we stayed here for one night and had a great experience. The room was good and the location was very convenient. The staff were excellent’especially Karthik, who was very reasonable and always ready to help us whenever we needed. Highly recommend..
