The toilet is in poor condition with no ventilation and an unpleasant odor. The rooms are quite average.

During our trip from Chennai to Trichy with family, including elderly parents, women, and children, we stayed at this hotel. Because of heavy traffic and the long travel, we could only check in around 5:00 AM. Though the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 PM, we asked for just 2–3 extra hours and even offered to pay extra for the extension. Sadly, the management did not allow any exception and insisted we leave strictly by their rules. We know hotels have policies, but some kindness and flexibility in real situations—especially for families with elderly and kids—would have been nice. We had to leave before 1:00 PM and then waited in our car for a few hours. Good hospitality means not only following rules but also understanding guests’ needs. We hope the management will be more empathetic in such cases going forward.

Collecting 500rs security deposit for NFC key is bad. A smell while entered in room should have used air freshener. TV wires are visible.24/7 hot water facility but shower is not working.Restroom floor was not properly cleaned white patches all around.

Charging a 500rs security deposit for the NFC key is inconvenient. There was an odor upon entering the room; using an air freshener would have helped. TV wires were exposed. Although hot water is available 24/7, the shower was not functioning. The restroom floor was not thoroughly cleaned, with white patches visible everywhere.
