We checked in at 6.30pm appx. Nice of them to remind us twice that our rooms are ready. But after we checked in, the horror show started. We. had booked 4 rooms for 4 couples. Major issue was the toilets. Unclean, water either flowing continuously or no water at all. Bath area taps are broken and difficult to handle. Towels were used during Babur or Humanyun's time period. We were never told there is a separate AC main switch inside the rooms. So that was another confusion. WiFi password worked but not the WiFi. Restaurant was isolated and lifeless. Lift too was a dangerous ride like getting a ride with a drunken driver. The location is an advantage and they can get more business if they pay attention. Otherwise, they have to shut and run.
Hospitable staff , excellent food at restaurant and ample car parking facility. Temple nearby by autos fleece you as they do usually in and around this part of the world .Good value for money hotel .
The bathroom had a foul odor upon arrival, and bath towels were only provided after multiple requests. Furthermore, the front desk staff lacked professional training, with a demeanor and communication style that fell well below acceptable standards. Given these severe shortcomings, the stay was worth less than half of the price paid, and management needs to personally audit daily operations to verify these issues.
