The front desk person was extremely rude and physically threatening. He started to gesture threateningly and raised his hands and pointed aggressively in my face. He even challenged to start a fight.When I wrote in to the hotel they became defensive and only wanted to talk about the deposit of Rps2000 that they refused to return upon checking out and skirted around the issue of their staff.I have asked Agoda to review this hotel as well.While the location is good being very close to the airport I would caution anyone to be very careful if staying here.

Disrespectful Owner Encounter

Extremely disappointed with my stay here. I had to abruptly vacate on the very first day due to the unacceptable experience.The owner has absolutely no understanding of how to run a hospitality business. When I politely informed him that I had tried reaching housekeeping six times with no response, he rudely dismissed me saying they were ’busy’ ’ with no regard for guest service.When I requested a replacement kettle because the one provided had a foul smell, I was shocked when the owner told me to wash it myself using soap from the washroom. This is completely unacceptable and not something any guest should ever be expected to do. When I pointed this out, he simply asked me to ’read the policies’ and claimed this is how things work there.His behavior was not just unprofessional but also disrespectful. During the conversation, he even stopped to ask my age ’ which was completely irrelevant and inappropriate. It reflects a lack of basic manners and respect, especially when speaking to a woman.Neither the owner nor the staff have any sense of hospitality or how to interact with guests. This place lacks even the most basic standards expected from any stay.Do yourself a favor and avoid booking this place. Only when people stop staying here will they realize the importance of treating guests with respect and professionalism.
