For the first time, I genuinely felt manipulated as a guest.I initially wanted to book directly with the hotel, but the B2B rate was too expensive, so I ended up booking a 2-night stay through Agoda.Upon check-in, the front desk staff, in a rather harsh tone, repeatedly emphasized that check-out was strictly at 11:30 a.m. It wasn't the policy that bothered me—it was the way it was communicated.I booked a Triple Room, which was described as having 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Naturally, I expected a proper single bed. Instead, it was a foldable bed with an uncomfortable mattress. When I called the front desk to clarify, I was again met with a rude response: "It's a Triple Room, and that's what is provided."The buffet breakfast was another disappointment. The selection was extremely limited, with very few options available. When we asked the staff if there was more food or additional choices, the standard reply was simply, "This is all we have."I agree that the room itself was clean, but the service and breakfast certainly did not justify the price paid.This is the first time I've left such a negative review for a hotel. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not consider staying here again.

The hotel supervisor entered my room without my permission when I was not in the hotel. We stayed at this hotel to attend a bridal event. We left all our belongings in our room and left for the event. When we came back, we found a stranger in our room!!!! And my purse was found open on the bed. He was a supervisor with the master keys. When we asked why, he gave us a false reason and tried to convince us. I had left a parcel with my friend, and she gave it to the reception for safekeeping since I was not in the hotel. Using this as a reason, the supervisor entered my room.If this was a reputable hotel, the staff would have left the parcel in the reception and waited for me to come back. At the very least they would have called me to check. But they just entered my room without permission.This is the WORST experience I've had till date in any hotel I've stayed at. Save yourselves and your belongings by avoiding this hotel at all costs.
