Unfortunately, my stay at the residency was not as pleasant as I had expected. There were several areas that could be improved.The room could have been cleaner and better maintained, and some of the facilities did not meet the expected standard. The service was also slower than expected, and communication with the staff could have been better.I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and work on improving the cleanliness, service and overall guest experience.
