I booked this hotel from Agoda,. I had lot of issues during my stay.1.We called reception many times on the way to tirchy to inform we will be coming late but nobody picked my call. Upon reaching reception I asked them for reception number to cross check if the number is changed they said same no. I asked them i called multiple times why my call was not picked they said they missed ( this is mobile no not landline)2. My room was not cleaned since it was very late, we only cleaned room & slept.3. Morning there was no hot water I called multiples times to reception they said will send someone to check but nobody came ! We all took bath in cold water including kid !!!!Even though I paid premium amount this is the service we got. While check out I told them all this they were least bothered. I would have given less than a single star but I don’t have the option. I sting recommend not to select this hotel for stay.
We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. While the food and select staff members were exceptional, the overall experience was severely dragged down by terrible communication and outdated facilities.’? Front Desk & Phone Service: DisorganizedThe reception desk suffers from awful communication. I had a highly frustrating experience with Mr. Govind and a female receptionist. I had to ask them multiple times to clean my room, but they never passed the message to housekeeping.Furthermore, the housekeeping and laundry departments never answer their phones. We sent laundry every day, but they never updated us. Every single time, we had to call reception just to get a basic answer. The front desk team needs serious training.’? Rooms & Amenities: Mixed ExperienceThe Good: The actual room cleanliness was good. Housekeeping does a fine job once they actually get the message.The Bad: Outdated door locks. The rooms still use old-fashioned physical keys. The hotel really needs to upgrade to modern card access for better security and convenience.’? Bright Spots: Exceptional Hospitality & FoodThe saving grace of this hotel is its restaurant and select professionals:The Restaurant: Our breakfast experience every morning was absolutely excellent. Every single dish served was fresh, delicious, and full of flavor.Standout Staff: A special mention goes to Mr. Balachandar (an ex-army soldier) and his team. Their disciplined, attentive, and warm hospitality is truly outstanding. At the front desk, Shah Rukh Khan was the only professional staff member who handled communication well.Verdict: The hotel has great potential due to its kitchen and hard-working service staff like Mr. Balachandar, but management urgently needs to upgrade the door locks and retrain the front desk team.
