We decided to stay here after finding the location not too far from the Jambukeshwarar temple. The food was extremely good and of very good quality. The rooms and bathrooms were small but good enough for a couple and a 5 year old kid. The bed was comfortable and so was the cooling. There is ample parking in the basement as well. Overall, we had a good stay.
Stuffy smell in bathroom.. External noise.. Wardrobe door stuck..No hair dryer..No toilet roll..No facial tissue..Moist walls..Wi fi password not given until asked ..No one asked if I needed anything. Basic.Basically like a charity hall.Reception staff not invitingJunior staff okSpa receptionist not courteous or listening... Only reason to stay is the location and acceptable ambience.
We booked via Agoda and notified the hotel via Agoda message indicating our early arrival and also early departure. We received no response (accenting or rejecting our request) from the hotel and we assumed we can check in early as we plan to leave early the following day.However, Upon our arrival at the hotel around 7.00 am on the day of our check in. 1. The person who was manning the registration desk said they can consider around the clock check in and check out only to those who booked directly with the hotel. And for those who book via online channels they can accommodate any flexibility for check in/check out times. Inspite of me mention about leaving early morning before 7.00am. He was not willing to accommodate. Then when I offers to pay an extra for the four and hours ( as 11.30 hours per was check-in time on Agoda site) he said no and it will be 5 hours - 12.00 will be the checking in and hence need to pay 2500 extra, which was more than 50% of the usual room rate. He also insulted saying that people are go booking via online channels to get a cheap rate and if they booked directly they don’t have to go through such hassle, we will be flexible to those who what to book directly with us. So as a facility, I have no reservations, but when it comes to attitude towards their online customers, I won’t recommend. They should have treated all their customers equally with due respect . Not inconveniencing us.
