Hotel Apple Park ainn

We are from Singapore.We've stayed at Hotel Apple Park Inn 5 times. (1st trip in Sept 2023) (2nd trip in Oct 2024) And 3 more trips in April 2025, July 2025 and most recent stay in October 22nd to 30th October 2025.All the previous 4 stays were pleasant and we faced no issues.But in this recent stay during our October trip, when I booked for our triple room room number 207, 2 months before we arrived, I specifically requested 4 pillows for 3 of us.Despite my repeated requests, we only got 3 pillows each when we reached to our room after our arrival in Trichy.I paid Rs 23,400 for our October stay.Not to mention, the pillowcases were torn and flimsy!There were several mosquitos flying in and out of their hotel lift!!!!And during one of the nights, while I was sleeping, I found a small cockroach about to crawl near to my ear!!!Thank goodness I woke up before it went into my ear!!!THIS SHOWS THE LACK OF CLEANLINESS AND HYGIENE DEMONSTRATED BY THE STAFF AT APPLE PARK INN!!!OPERATIONS MANAGER VIGNESH'S ATTITUDE IS QUESTIONABLE!!!FOR THE AMOUNT THAT WE PAID FOR THE ROOM, THE STAFF DIDN'T DELIVER THE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE THAT WE HAD EXPECTED OF THEM!!!Won't EVER BE STAYING AT APPLE PARK INN ANYMORE!!!!

Had a pleasant stay here. The place felt safe and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Restaurants are available nearby, and there’s parking space for about six cars. The staff were responsive and check-in/check-out was smooth without any issues. Good option for a comfortable stay.

Worst location and worst rooms.. Arrogant staffs and reception persons.. I won’t recommend this place

It's suitable for 1 day stays, little more cleanliness expected even though it's neat n clean n small bed n small rooms, but hotel staff is good and giving service if something necessary and budget stay.
