Hotel Ramyas

I recently stayed at this hotel. I'm not very impressed because the rooms where not very much clean and the bed was not comfortable as it is spring mattress. Then I woke at 5.45 A.M. and ordered coffee I did not recieve it called again at 6 30 still didn't get finally it only came at 7. The bedsheet and bathroom was not very neat. The rooms were also small it could only fit the bed there was no space for extra bed too.

Very good quality maintenance in all aspects. We like it more with aroma taste and wonderful ambience

Poor experience. The staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay. Our room had no hot water and a broken AC remote. Even though we paid for an extra person, getting a simple blanket was a struggle. To make matters worse, they tried to force us out at 5:00 AM just because we mentioned a possible early start, ignoring our 11:00 AM checkout time. Not recommended.

We recently (27.11.2025) booked the party hall at Hotel Ramyas, Theni for our sister-in-law’s engagement. The arrangements were excellent and the food was truly delicious. We also booked 10 rooms for our family, and the service provided throughout our stay was very good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend Hotel Ramyas to others.

I’ve booked a room for 3 adults in make my trip and contacted the hotel regarding extra bed. They said yes. When we reach the hotel. They said no extra bed for the room i chose. I asked them why wouldn’t they said earlier. There’s no reply and simply said we can’t do anything. Go clear this with make my trip ’? we can’t cancel it. No mood for arguments have to adjust in a single bed.
