Hotel Reliance

Reliance hotel is a very luxury and attractive hotel situated on the heart of our Bokaro. It is near Naya more. The rooms are also very good and staff members are also very well mannered. They provide good environment for marriage, reception, party, b'day party etc. I suggest you all to visit it once.

Stayed for three days in deluxe room. Hotel is located near bus stand and there are frequent autos on the road outside. Hotel staff is helpful and cooperative. However, there needs to be much more emphasis on cleanliness in rooms. Breakfast had limited options but overall was okay. Hotel seems focused more on providing value for money rather than deluxe experience.

I went into the restaurant with my family. We arrived in the middle of two reservations for the restaurant - one group who came before us, and one group who came afterwards. There wasn't any crowd or rush apart from that - only one other family beside us. When we arrived, the first group was eating. We ordered our food, and waited. 20 minutes in, the first group finished their meeting and got up. We hadn't gotten our food yet. Then, about 15 minutes later, the second group arrived. We had only received one starter dish so far. The second group sat down, ordered, received their food, ate it, ordered more, ate that, and started to get up. That was when we started to receive our main course. It had been ALMOST TWO HOURS since we ordered at that point. Even then, the waiter then informed us that the lachha paratha we ordered would take MORE TIME. We were fed up by that point and just told them to pack the rest we hadn't been served yet. It wasn't a crowded situation and yet we were served so poorly. I guess there weren't many cooks at work, what else could be the reason? Surely they should have planned for regular customers coming in with reservations? It wasn't like this. I remember years ago when I went there with friends, both on reservations and unannounced, we were served promptly.

First of all this is not a hotel, it's dharamshala. It us mainly for stay of baarati as a wedding hall is just adjacent to this dharamshala. Rooms are unnecessarily big to adjust extra baraati people. Service is pathetic, you may have to beg for a bottle of water. There's a restaurant at it's ground, that's somewhat good.

The location is amazing with ample parking space (usually it's quite difficult to find parking space but that's not the case here). The staffs are very polite and accommodating. After getting disappointed with the taste of vegetarian food in Hans, Ginger, Rainbow etc we decided to have Diwali meet-up in Reliance hotel. To my surprise they served us a welcome drink and ended the dinner with a sweet drink which was superb. The food was yummy and really happy to find the best spot for vegetarian food in Bokaro. Overall the best place for family get together or friends reunion and would recommend to give it a shot.
