Hotel Reliance

Dear Hotel Management, I have been a guest at Reliance Hotel, Bokaro, for about six months, typically staying 1–2 days each month. The first 2–3 months, the service and room cleanliness were acceptable. However, over the past 3–4 months, both service and cleanliness have worsened considerably. Despite raising these issues multiple times, no improvements have been made. Problems include expired hand wash and shower gel in the bathroom, dirty and unhygienic towels, and rooms often not being cleaned properly. Yet, the hotel continues to charge the full room rate. Additionally, there is a major problem with room allocation. When booking by phone, I am told a specific room is reserved, but upon arrival, I am informed that the room has been given to someone else. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. As a regular guest, I expect basic hygiene, cleanliness, and professional service standards. Unfortunately, despite repeated complaints, nothing has changed. This will be my final stay at the hotel. I strongly advise others to reconsider staying here until management improves hygiene, housekeeping, room allocation, and overall service. I share this feedback because the current situation causes financial loss and serious health and hygiene concerns. I urge management to take this complaint seriously and implement corrective measures.

The food was excellent, and Mr. Durante provided great service. Overall, everything was fine.

Friendly and supportive staff. Rooms are good, spacious and clean. Each room has a small balcony for smokers. Nothing much nearby but their restaurant provides all necessary food. Restaurant closes at 10.30 pm sharp. Breakfast is filling

Service was excellent. The rooms are reasonably priced and kept in good condition. The restaurant is pleasant. The food was flavorful and enjoyable. I suggest my friends and family come here. This is the top hotel in Bokaro.
