Room was comfortable and clean
The property is on prime place but there was no board on the hotel and the photo showed is Titan Tanishq show room. I almost searched for more than 40 mts as the location was showing on main road sometimes taking us back. Almost we struggling to find out hotel. Besides there are several hotels like emerald they never heard this hotel name. When called it is going to OYO connection and finally the hotel is linked with OYO. Some how after struggle of 40 mts i found out the hotel. Pls chk the properties this happened 2nd time with this platform. We are loosing confidence. Pls chk your credibility.
I stayed at this hotel for four days, and sadly, my experience was unsatisfactory. I would not suggest this place due to the service and facilities offered. The staff often argued with guests instead of properly addressing their concerns, which was disappointing. Despite reporting several problems, hardly any were resolved. Essential items like soap, towels, and hand wash were either delayed or missing. Moreover, the towels provided were dirty and poorly kept, which was quite upsetting. Overall, the hotel falls short of what is expected from a Townhouse property. The absence of basic amenities combined with the staff's unprofessional behavior greatly impacted my stay. Management needs to improve customer service and housekeeping to provide a better experience for guests.
