Absolutely Disgusting and Pathetic — Avoid at All Costs

If I could give this absolute dump of a hotel negative stars, I would. I arrived completely exhausted from a grueling train journey, desperately needing a place to rest and prepare for an important meeting. Instead, I walked into a literal nightmare.First of all, the pictures they advertise online are a complete scam. They do not use real photos of the hotel or the rooms—they are clearly AI-generated fakes that couldn't be further from the grim, depressing reality. It is blatant false advertising and incredibly misleading.The actual room was a cramped, miserable closet that reeked of stale odors. But the bed was the absolute worst part—it was genuinely revolting. It was glaringly obvious that the sheets hadn't been changed since the last guest. The bed was covered in a stranger's hair and scattered with mysterious, gross black particles. It was completely unsanitary and frankly, a biohazard.When I demanded fresh bedsheets, the sheer incompetence and audacity of the staff was staggering. They had the nerve to tell me they didn't have a single extra bedsheet because "they were all in the laundry." Instead of fixing their disgusting mistake, they told me to just "make do" with the filthy, used bed until new sheets arrived—whenever that might be. This is beyond insulting, especially when you are pressed for time and trying to make a professional commitment.I checked in at 13:45 and walked right back out at 14:00. I was there for exactly 15 minutes because they flat-out refused to clean the room or move me to another one. I didn't even bother demanding a refund because the hostile staff looked like they actively enjoyed picking fights with guests. I knew they would just argue with me instead of taking responsibility, and true to form, these shameless scammers didn't even attempt to offer my money back as I walked out the door.Looking back, it is incredibly obvious that all the positive reviews for this place are 100% fake and paid for. Nobody in their right mind would praise this hellhole. Terrible management, filthy rooms, and an incredibly combative, useless staff. Save your money and your sanity, stay far, far away from this fraudulent trap.
