I have been staying at Le Lac Sarovar Portico, Ranchi since 2020. It is always my first choice, and I only stay elsewhere if rooms are unavailable. I recently checked in on February 27, 2026.’The staff service and food quality are exceptional as always. It is truly the hard work of the staff and the great food that keeps this hotel’s reputation alive.’However, the property is now approximately 15 years old, and the rooms specifically need an update. The interiors feel outdated, charging sockets are loose/old, AC cooling is weak, and the bathroom shower needs repair.’Suggestion to Management: While your hospitality is 5-star, the rooms require renovation to stay modern. Fixing these technical issues will ensure that this remains my favorite hotel forever.
