The hotel is well maintained. The staffs are well groomed and polite. However, the amenities mentioned are not functioning and Parking is at owner’s risk that was most disappointing. Also, they don’t have swimming pool which is mentioned.
I stayed at Le Lac Sarovar Portico in Ranchi and it met all expectations. Definitely a five-star experience. Grison, Mangal, Priya, Priti, and Abhishek made what could have been just a business trip feel genuinely welcoming — the front desk was efficient, housekeeping was flawless, room service was prompt, and the breakfast was something to look forward to each morning. Our only issue was the bathroom's drainage, which caused a thin layer of water to remain on the floor throughout our stay—annoying but not enough to request a room change. Rooms had a bad odor, the air conditioning didn't work, staff were indifferent, check-in times were not respected, overall a terrible stay! Definitely do not recommend. Choose another place.
