From the moment we arrived, the service was highly unprofessional. We were forced to stand at the reception for nearly 45 minutes to 1 hour before getting checked in. The staff showed little concern for guests' time and offered no proper explanation for the delay.The cleanliness standards were shockingly poor. The room and common areas did not appear to be maintained properly, making the stay uncomfortable from the start.What frustrated me the most was the room allocation. I had specifically booked a Classic Room with a large double bed preference through Agoda. However, upon arrival, I was given a room with two separate small beds. When I raised the issue, instead of honoring the booking preference, the hotel asked me to pay an additional 300 to get a room with a single large bed. Charging extra for something that was already requested during booking is unacceptable.To make matters worse, the staff simply responded, “Phir Agoda se baat kijiye” ("Then talk to Agoda"), completely avoiding responsibility and showing no willingness to help resolve the issue.Overall, poor customer service, lack of professionalism, inadequate cleanliness, and unfair room allocation practices made this a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting basic hospitality and professional service.

Every thing is very good, but there is no facility for morning tea and breakfast facilities. The resturant facility is available after 11 AM for only lunch and dinner.
