Chanakya BNR Hotel

I attended a program at Chanakya BNR in Ranchi for a Women in Mining Safety Conclave, and it was a great experience. The ambience of the place was excellent’all white, elegant, and very well suited for formal meetings and conferences. It felt like a perfect venue for professional gatherings.The food and catering services were also very good, with a wide variety of options available. Overall, the ambience, arrangements, and hospitality were impressive, making it a highly recommended venue for meetings, conclaves, and formal events.

Its location is excellent’very close to the airport and situated right next to the railway station, making it extremely convenient for travelers.The property has an old architectural design that gives it a beautiful vintage look. At first glance, it may feel like stepping into an old colonial building, but once inside, you will find all the modern amenities that make the stay comfortable and relaxing. The rooms are large, well-lit, and tastefully decorated, maintaining a perfect blend of classic style and modern convenience. The peaceful layout of the rooms across the property adds to the calm atmosphere.What stands out most is the hospitality. The staff is polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their service gives you a sense of traditional government-style hospitality but with a modern touch. The food served in the restaurant is delicious, offering a good mix of Indian and continental dishes. Guests can choose between the open-air dining area or the cozy indoor setup, both offering a pleasant dining experience.Chanakya BNR is truly one of the best places to stay in Ranchi if you are looking for comfort, convenience, and classic charm all in one place. Food quality and services are very poor. Stuffs at morning breakfast are non professionals. Very expensive hotel but poor experience. Definitely not recommended for business travelers unless you need to catch a train from Ranchi railway station at odd time, as this hotel is very close (walkable) to the station. But very expensive for such quality.
