Hotel Green Horizon

The Hotel is great for staying as well as for hosting events. The rooms give exceptional value for money and the staff is very polite, courteous and always ready to help. The food is amazing too.We had 3 family events with 300+ attendees at Green Horizon this year and the outstation guests stayed there too. All the friends and the family had a fabulous time and they couldn’t stop talking about how good the food was.The location is hardly 500m from the Ranchi railway station and just a 15 min drive to the airport, making the accessibility very convenient.Special thanks to the general managed Mr. Kallol Sengupta and his managing team of Mr. Rajnish and Mr. Gautam, who did everything possible to give my family an unforgettable experience.

Extremely Disappointing & Scam-Prone Hotel:-I stayed at Hotel Green Horizon, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff’s behaviour was rude, unhelpful, and far from professional, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable.The worst part happened during checkout. They tried to scam me by falsely claiming that one towel was missing from the room. Even though everything was kept properly, they insisted it was gone and tried to charge me. This clearly seemed like a common tactic they use to extract extra money from guests.I strongly request all future guests:Please take a written list of all the amenities/items present in your room at check-in, including towels, bed items, and other essentials. Otherwise, they may try to blame you for ’missing items’ and charge you unfairly.Honestly, the safer option is to avoid this hotel altogether, as there are many better hotels where you won’t be treated disrespectfully or scammed in this way.Not recommended at all.

Basic hospitality and courtesy were clearly missing.The biggest issue came at checkout. They tried to scam me by falsely claiming that one towel was missing from the room. This felt like a planned tactic to extract extra money from guests. Despite keeping everything properly, they insisted that the towel was gone and tried to charge me for it. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is the first time I’ve faced such an unethical practice.Overall, the experience made me feel uncomfortable and cheated. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many better options nearby where you will be treated with respect and won’t have to deal with such dishonest behaviour.

Walking distance from Ranchi railway station. Rooms are clean, cosy n equiped with all modern amenities. Breakfast buffet menubhas good option spread. Has own restaurant. Value for money hotel.

So we had a chance to stay in this hotel for a while. During our entire stay the staff members made sure there was no issue at all. Just one call and things were done swiftly. Will consider again n again. Highly recommended ’’
