I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The blankets were dirty, and the bedsheets had multiple stains on them, which made the stay very uncomfortable.The towels were also in poor condition. When I used one to dry my hands, white fibers and lint came off the towel and stuck to my hands, which was unpleasant and unhygienic.I also ordered lunch from the hotel, but unfortunately the food quality and taste were not up to the mark. Overall, the experience did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness and hospitality.
Lot of mis information in web site regarding this hotel. I have strong doubt on the information quality and reliability on the web site. Hotel also does not care about the online booking. I have booked Deluxe AC room with extra bed with extra prices. They provide extra mattress on floor in the room where there is no space for extra bed or mattress. They have deluxe AC room with extra bed, but they booked room for spot booking with high prices. they don,t have facility for 24Hrs check in. I don,t recomend this hotel for family visit.
