I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. We booked two AC Deluxe rooms, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The rooms were damp, the services were poor, and the staff's behaviour was highly unprofessional. The basic amenities failed completely: the geyser was broken, and we were not given a remote for the AC. To make matters worse, they charged us extra for an additional guest but could not even provide an extra pillow. Save your money and stay elsewhere.
If you want west your money. You can book. Because they have provided very poor bed, no cleaning, no dustbin, no proper lighting, switch board lose condition, towels condition is very poor, overall rating -0. The whole condition is very poor.
