I stayed at AVN for 3 days.Day 1 experience took me away from their kitchenCockraoch in their Dal Tadka that we ordered.Staff said sorry a lot of time and dismissed Dal from the bill.Strangely day 2 and day 3 they behaved severely bad with me and my team.Poor service . Poor hotel. Food that can kill you

Worst experience ever!I stayed at Hotel AVN Plaza during my official training visit, and it was a nightmare. Firstly, the prawns served gave me a severe allergic reaction ’ itching, swelling, and burning sensations all over my body. I had to rush to the hospital in the middle of the night!To make things worse, the bed had bed bugs ’ I was bitten all over, and the itching was unbearable. The room looked clean at first, but clearly, the hygiene was pathetic. This place is absolutely unsafe and unhygienic.Avoid this hotel at all costs ’ especially if you’re a solo female traveler. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Disgusting and disappointing!

It’s a nice 3 star property, near to walkable distance from Ranchi Railway station. Rooms are little small but neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast is really tasty. The staffs are really cordial and very much supportive
