Hotel Beena Inn

I had a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit and the owner Mr. Ritu raj was very humble person. The rooms were spotless, very comfortable and food was very delicious, and provided everything I needed. The location was also perfect and walking distance from railway station. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience."

Horrible experience!My family and I were not even given water which is supposed to be present in the room already or you get them once you check in. And even after asking several times for it, they gave us a single bottle to which I questioned as to how a family of three should manage with a just a single bottle, to which they said this one bottle is complimentary and the rest are chargeable. The audacity! Pathetic!!!I see other people talking about bills to which I agree as they asked to pay some more when we were checking out. My father enquired and insisted on checking the system again after which they went quiet. Also untrained and lazy staff!

Cockroach roaming in bed and in room, door lock handle broken ’not recommended for family stay, poor hygiene.Food was great

DJ System is below par. Cemetery is close to the hotel, so that's a plus. Dhoni's farmhouse is faraway, so won't recommend this for Dhoni fanatics. Nearby shops are helpful and exchange cash for UPI.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms were spacious but very shabby and not properly cleaned. The bed sheets didn’t feel fresh at all. The breakfast buffet was another big letdown ’ only apples and bananas in the fruit section, along with tasteless sandwiches and puri-sabji, that’s it. For the price they charge, I expected far better cleanliness, comfort, and food quality. Definitely not worth recommending unless serious improvements are made.
