Jade Square

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. Instead of resolving issues, the manager’s attitude made things worse ’ no courtesy, no accountability, and zero sense of hospitality.Basic requests were ignored, and the overall atmosphere felt unpleasant and disorganized. For the price they charge, the service is absolutely unacceptable.Would never recommend this hotel ’ there are plenty of better options nearby where customers are actually respected and treated properly.

Extremely positive experience at Jade Square in Ranchi! The staff were very cordial and cooperative. Rooms were clean and spacious. Restaurant food was delicious and plenty of items to choose from. Overall my family had a pleasant stay there -- we whole-heartedly recommend Jade to anyone visiting Ranchi!!

Classy European style decor and construction. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Housekeeping is very supportive and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The restaurant on ground floor serves descent food at fair prices. The rooftop restaurant is open for breakfast. Go early to enjoy the breakfast with a soothing breeze. There is both indoor and outdoor seating in rooftop. The breakfast platter had lot of items. We enjoyed our stay here. Only downside is that their TV is not a smart tv. So you can’t watch Netflix on it. I would recommend upgrading it.

Extremely well managed accommodation. Staff behaviour and room quality was extremely good. They rooftop breakfast arrangements. Food was also delicious. I strongly recommend staying there. In fact I often stay there for official tour purposes.
