Vinaika Eco Resort

My stay at Vinaika Eco Resort near Ranchi, Jharkhand was truly delightful and ranks among the most tranquil and enjoyable experiences I've had. The resort is stunning, impeccably clean, and well-kept, offering a serene and peaceful environment ideal for quality time with family and friends. The whole property feels fresh, calm, and inviting. What stood out the most was the hospitality and staff; everyone was very humble, polite, respectful, and always eager to help with a smile. Special thanks to Sunita and the team for their excellent service and warm attitude. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed. I encountered no issues during my stay. Everything—from the cleanliness and hospitality to the peaceful setting—was simply excellent. If you want a beautiful, peaceful, clean, and family-friendly spot near Ranchi, I highly recommend Vinayaka Eco Resort. It's definitely a place worth visiting! ❤️🌿✨

Overall, it was an amazing experience and a wonderful place to stay for two days. The best part of our stay was undoubtedly the excellent food and warm hospitality. The restaurant staff were extremely courteous, attentive, and welcoming, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious and deserves special appreciation.I would, however, like to suggest a few areas that could further improve the guest experience. The swimming pool needs better cleaning and maintenance, and it would be great if the Wi-Fi facility could be made fully functional. Considering that guests are paying around 5,000 for a stay, not having basic facilities like reliable Wi-Fi can be a little disappointing.Since the property is located a little away from Ranchi, it would also be helpful to have a basic medical room/first-aid facility or an emergency medical arrangement available on the premises. Additionally, the hotel could consider maintaining a reliable cab/taxi contact or transportation service, as it was difficult to arrange a cab through the hotel when required.Apart from these points, it is truly a beautiful place to relax, unwind, and spend quality time. With a few improvements in these areas, the overall guest experience could be even better.A special mention to the restaurant team and the food, which were the highlights of our stay. The staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome.Would definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again!

The food was excellent, the ambiance was great, and the service was outstanding, especially by Rohan Ghosh.

Everything was just fine, but Golok delivered outstanding service.
