No hot water was available on the first day we arrived. The staff kept on making mistakes on the total bill and charged us extra. The room was okayish. We booked delux but got standard room idk why. Restaurant staff is very nice and helpful.
Images shown in google are totally different from actual hotel rooms.. very unhygienic bed sheets and blankets’. There is no fan in the room it’s totally like a matchbox with one bed without any ventilation’when I stayed there is power cut and I feel like suffocated in that room’.If you want to waste your money then definitely go for it

Solo Traveller • Apr 2026The hotel washrooms doesn’t have exhaust fans which makes the room very stinky throughout the day. For hot water, you need to call reception to turn on the geyser which is cumbersome. Also the hotel rooms are only on 4th and 5th floor of the building.The other floors are for commercial use like Gym and Snooker. Because of which you hear the music from early morning and evening.Not properly maintained building, staircase is occupied with construction materialsHowever I found the staffs kind and very quick in service. Food is okay.2 stars for the room and 4 for location and services.
