Disappointing Room Experience

Our stay was quite disappointing. The room did not have even the most basic amenities. There was no power outlet near the bed to charge our phones, so we had to unplug the TV to do so. There was no electric kettle for hot water, and when we asked for one, the staff declined to provide it. The AC had no remote and was set to a fixed temperature, so we couldn't adjust it to our liking. There were no bathroom slippers, and although the room was for two people, only one towel was given. The bathroom also had a used soap bar for handwashing, which was unhygienic. These are fundamental facilities that guests expect, and the management needs to significantly improve the room amenities, cleanliness, and service.

I am from Patla. I visited this hotel 2 months ago. It is the best place to stay for athletes and army personnel. I want to say that the hotel has a positive atmosphere and the staff is excellent.
