Reception crew was not aware of my booking through IXIGO app. hair oil was not part of hospitality. Area provided in pictures was less than prescribed. Not justified to the prescribed price.

I truly value Hotel Mirana near VIP Road, especially the restaurant staff like Mr. Pranjal Deka and Nabonita, whose service was outstanding and always attentive at the table. The morning breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant manager Om Pratham was very helpful. The room was also nice, and kudos to the whole team.
