6.0
I visited Arian Woods with my family and had mixed feelings. My kids liked the pool, but charging ₹300 per person no matter the age seemed too expensive. The outdoor spaces were infested with ants, showing a need for better upkeep. The park slide also appeared unsafe for little kids—my 3-year-old fell badly while playing on it. We had trouble finding a place to eat, and the staff just said no spots were free without helping us. With improved service and maintenance, Arian Woods could be a much nicer place for families.

The rooms are nice. The location may not be ideal for all age groups, better suited for younger guests. There are many stairs to climb as the rooms are situated on a hilltop, so elderly people should avoid it. The food is excellent; we ordered smoked pork which was delicious. However, the service is lacking. We had to ask several times for TV recharge, which should be provided by default before check-in. The bar is disappointing. The infrastructure and ambience are very good. The swimming pool is poorly maintained.
