Hotel Jaysha

I stayed at this hotel during my visit to Kamakhya Temple. The hospitality was quite good. The room was comfortable and clean, the food was also quite good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would suggest this hotel to anyone visiting Guwahati.

Amazing

If there was an option to give less than 1 star, I would rate the management that. I booked 2 rooms through HTH TRAVEL SERVICES, a travel agency in GUWAHATI, but when I arrived late at night with my family, we searched for 30 minutes because there was no English board, only their local language. Finally, I went to the reception of Jaysha hotel, and their representative told me the room under my name was already occupied. After some time, the owner came, admitted their mistake, and offered me to stay in another hotel they claimed was their property, which was disgusting. Then I called Mr. Hritik of HTH company and said I didn't want to stay there, so he arranged another hotel 3 km away. Late at night, I had to travel with my kids. I suffered due to the worst management by Jayshah hotel. If all hotels were booked that day, what would have happened to me? I suggest not pre-booking this hotel at a high price; they will give your rooms to others and leave you on the streets.
