Dear Vivanta Team, we visited Vivanta Guwahati yesterday and had a very disappointing experience with one of your Front Office Executives, Priyadarshini. Her behavior and way of communicating with us were very rude and unprofessional. As guests at a reputed place like Vivanta, we expected basic courtesy and respect, but her manner made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. The tone and attitude she showed were not suitable for a guest-facing position, especially at a well-known hospitality venue. We believe every guest should be treated with dignity, no matter their background or situation. We ask the management to investigate this issue and take the needed corrective steps. We also request that the staff member be given proper guidance on professional guest interaction and communication. We trust Vivanta will take this feedback seriously and prevent such experiences for future guests.
