Service is no so good..no towels provided during check in..we have to request them number of times..even they charges extra money during check out if 5 mins late.Very disappointed with the receptionist.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the staff behaviour, and the comfortable bed Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect’close to everything I wanted to explore. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged.the only one defect I found is I was booking a room with TV but it was not given . So please kindly take care of it otherwise everything was very good I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay

Worst experience in this hotel.Firstly I dont think all the reviews of this hotel in the site are genuine, as the photos provided and the room that was provided were completely different from one another.While Checking in, I was escorted to my room, however my bags didnt reach my room till half an hour, since there was no telephone in the room to call the receptionist, I had to walk down to get my bags. Also, Lift wasnt working as well.TV or Wifi not provided, when asked they said none of the rooms have it, as if there wasnt any other blatant disregard towards false advertisement.Ac and geyser were not working, which had to be fixed later. The windows were nog vlosing and since the staff were not able to help, we had to vhange the room, but the second room has similar issues.The Batroom door was falling apart, no OYO related amenities were provided, had to ask twice just to get fresh towels.Really pathetic, OYO should consider not having them in your list of Hotels.

*Disappointing Stay at [Hotel Super TownHouse]*I recently stayed at Hotel Super TownHouse and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite the hotel's promising appearance, our stay was marred by several issues.Firstly, the water supply was inconsistent, and we often found ourselves without water for extended periods. This was not only inconvenient but also unhygienic.To make matters worse, the hotel's electrical system seemed to be faulty, with frequent power outages and flickering lights. This made it difficult for us to relax or even charge our devices.What was even more appalling was the hotel staff's attitude towards our complaints. They seemed dismissive and uninterested in resolving our issues, which made us feel like we were a nuisance.Overall, our stay at Hotel Super TownHouse was a disaster, and I would not recommend it to anyone. For a hotel that claims to offer luxury and comfort, the lack of basic amenities and poor customer service is unacceptable.*Rating:* 1/5 stars

Looks good on profile picture but it was different inside room odor and beds are like dorm.
