I reserved the room via booking.com. Upon entering, I found the AC not functioning, the bedsheets had an unpleasant odor, and the bathroom was dirty. When I contacted reception to get the AC remote, they said it was unavailable at that moment. I requested another room, but they declined. This was the treatment I received at the Grand Majesty. Truly a terrible experience.

This was among the worst hotel stays I've had. The air conditioning was broken, and the washroom had no water all morning, making the stay very uncomfortable and annoying. The staff were rude, uncooperative, and lacked professionalism. Even after reporting the issues, they did not provide adequate help or a satisfactory reply. In general, the service and essential amenities were very bad. I would advise against staying at this hotel.

Avoid staying at this hotel with your loved ones. The staff seems unaware of how to treat guests coming from Upper Assam. The room was dirty and infested with mosquitoes. They don't provide bottled water; you have to purchase it from them, and they don't even offer a good night or any hospitality. I urge everyone not to stay here due to the poor service.
