The room was terrible, lacking the basic amenities that were listed on the hotel menu during booking, and the staff were very disrespectful.

The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic.

My experience with OYO customer service was very disappointing. The hotel had dirty floors and rooms, with corridors that smelled bad and overall unhygienic conditions. Even after talking for over 2 hours, the customer service representative was unable to handle my request and kept repeating himself.

I will never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. It's really bad. The rooms are not clean enough, we had to change our room 3 times, in the first room there were cockroaches, in the second room the AC was not working. The third room that we got was somehow fine but the AC stopped working on its own. The staffs are not smart enough. They doesn't even allow outside food. The washroom is also not hygienic and clean enough. The bucket and mug feels slippery to touch as its not being washed properly, the basin is not clean enough, the commode is also not clean. The hotel looks clean and well furnished from outside and the lobby also looks very good but when you enter the room, its not well furnished. My stay was uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

I would never suggest this hotel to anyone. The experience was really poor. The rooms weren't clean; we had to switch rooms three times. The first had cockroaches, the second had a broken AC, and the third room's AC stopped working on its own. The staff seemed incompetent and didn't even allow outside food. The bathroom was unhygienic and not clean—the bucket and mug felt slippery as if not washed properly, the basin was dirty, and the toilet was unclean. Although the hotel and lobby appear clean and nicely furnished, the rooms do not meet that standard. Overall, my stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.
