I reserved the room via booking.com. Upon entering, I found the AC was broken, the bedsheets had a bad odor, and the bathroom was dirty. When I contacted reception to get the AC remote, they said it was unavailable at that moment. I requested a different room, but they denied my request. This was the treatment I received at the Grand Majesty. Truly a terrible experience.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. The air conditioning was broken, and the washroom had no water all morning, making the stay very uncomfortable and annoying. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and acted unprofessionally. Even after reporting the issues, no real help or acceptable answers were given. In general, the service and essential amenities were very bad. I wouldn't suggest this hotel to anyone.

1. Price issue:OYO application shown different price and they ask for higher. Pay now ask for 1297 and pay at hotel cost 1350. Hotel reception ask for 1497.2. Location is very poor.Flooded area.Food is not good quality.

Avoid staying at this hotel with your loved ones. The staff seems unaware of how to treat guests coming from Upper Assam. The room was filthy and infested with mosquitoes. They don't provide bottled water; you have to purchase it from them, and they don't even offer a good night or any courtesy. I urge everyone not to stay here due to the poor service.
