I had a terrible experience with their system. They refused to give drinking water and insisted we buy it. Although there weren't many guests, the booking register indicated many entries. This hotel is marketed as a couple's paradise, which probably explains the good ratings. I even found a condom packet in the bedside table drawer. My advice is to avoid this hotel.
