Don't be fooled by the photos; the only good thing here is the location. Everything else is subpar, with no management and untrained staff! Definitely won't be returning!

The stay was very disappointing and too expensive. The rooms had a bad smell, stained walls, the AC didn't work, and the room's overall state was far below what you'd expect for the price. The food quality was also quite bad. I paid ₹4,200 per day, which I find completely unjustified for a room that I think isn't even worth ₹1,000. Even the bathroom toiletries were unsatisfactory—the body wash and shampoo seemed diluted. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money. I would strongly recommend others to reconsider before booking this hotel.

The hotel was terrible and disappointing. I stayed for 2 nights, and the air conditioning in the room did not work at all during the day and night. The room key kept malfunctioning, so every time we left for work, we had to call someone from reception to unlock the door. No one was willing to provide clean bath towels; the staff gave us used towels instead. It was a nightmare. Despite all this, they charged me 7500/-. I informed the owner, but judging by her reaction, I realized it was a pointless conversation and feedback. I would advise all travelers not to book this kind of hotel in the city center. It should be blacklisted and shut down. The staff seem focused only on billing and are not trained to deliver basic service standards expected in the hospitality industry.

I have been staying here since 2022 for my business trips. The hotel's location is excellent and a major benefit. The staff are polite and straightforward.
