OVERALL GOOD BUT THE ROOM WALL CONDITION WAS POOR AND WARDROBE WAS BROKEN
Absolutely pathetic hotel with zero hospitality towards guest comfort Click hotel guwahati is not capable of handling large booking.. there was no breakfast available to other guest and when the same was complaint to the front desk was promised a complimentary tea and snacks ... Which they then refused and was asked to pay for it Also their so called operation manager buddha rai paid no heed to guest complaint and is absolutely insensitive and useless for a post of so called manager ..so can't handle guest complaint... Also the distance is misleading on ixigo app ..it is 11km from maa kamakhya mandir and not 1.1km ... So if u have so spent ur 3k per night ..u have tons of better well connected reputed hotels who actually care of their guest comfor
