The Palm Suites

Our stay at Palm Suites was wonderful. The room was very spacious for the three of us. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to important places like Fancy Bazaar and Brahmaputra, making it easy to get around Guwahati from the hotel. The staff in Delhi were also very responsive and quickly addressed our questions. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guwahati. We spent two days at Palm Suites Guwahati recently, and it was an unforgettable experience. My family and I enjoyed every bit of our stay. The location is perfect—quiet but still easy to reach. The property is well kept and provides a calm, cozy environment. The hospitality truly stood out. The owner, Rikey, made sure we felt comfortable, and the manager, Santosh, was very friendly and attentive to all our needs. Their warmth and care showed in every interaction. We were given a lovely, spacious family suite that was very comfortable. I highly recommend Palm Suites to anyone visiting Guwahati. If you want a place with a welcoming and caring staff, this is the one. Definitely five stars!

The rooms are quite large and cozy, though the bathrooms have low shower pressure. During our 2-day stay, we had to bathe using a bucket. Mr. Santosh provided exceptional service and was always willing to help. Most attractions are at least 8 km away from The Palms Suites, causing delays because cabs often don't show up or get canceled, plus the city traffic jams.

Excellent location, roomy, cozy, and offers outstanding services. Worth the price.
