Rooms big but very dirty and room service too slow. Lots of complaints but don’t wanna write more. Be careful before paying extra. One advice… renovate rooms and keep kitchen stuff, make it like bnb. You can earn money, you have space, use it.

I ordered plain rice for 80, which is fine. Chilli chicken for 340 was also okay because it was tasty. But the dal without salt and raw tomato, which they call Dal Tadka, was terrible. I complained when they served it, but when I checked the bill, it showed dal tadka for 140. After paying, they just said next time they will serve better quality. I think they don’t have their own kitchen and order from another restaurant, charging an extra 40%. That’s why it took 1 hour and 25 minutes to serve, and it was packed food in plastic containers. Giving 3 stars just for customer attraction, but reality is for 0.

Room was really bad, sheets not changed, found hairs from other guests. Neighbors too close, we had a baby and had to carry all our stuff and child alone, no help at all. Don't stay here, it's a nightmare.. disgusting.

Waste of money. Room not clean, service not good, and response to client also bad.

I am very disappointed with my booking at Blue Bell, Guwahati. My booking ID is QMYX0747. When I arrived, they told me my room not ready and I had to wait two hours. This was very inconvenient and unexpected, especially since I had a confirmed booking.
