The hotel service is very bad. The rooms are not clean. The staff behaves terribly. Many fittings in the room are broken. The charging points are almost useless. They don't even provide water to guests. The food is expensive but served in small portions. You have to buy everything, but in return, you get poor quality rooms, unhygienic conditions, very bad service, and the worst attitude. Even though you are paying, the hotel acts like they are doing you a favor. Sometimes, they even argue with you, both verbally and physically. Definitely not worth it.
