Onyx Garden Boutique Hotel

We stayed two nights in a Supreme Room at Onyx Garden Boutique Hotel, paying ₹5,880 including GST. Although the hotel looks modern, our stay was marred by poor front desk management, strict policies, and maintenance problems. Booking & Check-in Issues: * We accidentally selected 1 adult instead of 2 during booking, but all details including check-in/out times, dates, and my wife's full name were clearly mentioned in the "Special Request" section. * The confirmation email did not include these special requests. When we contacted management to fix the booking error, they simply said "no visitors are allowed." * Even though the price was the same for 1 or 2 adults on their portal, they refused to correct the booking without charging an extra ₹200 per night. They also denied refund requests upon cancellation. To avoid spoiling our trip, I paid the extra ₹400 on arrival. Room & Facilities: * The room was very small and cramped for the price. * The double bed barely fits two adults, with no space for a child. * Bed linens on Day 1 were clean, but replacements on Day 2 were stained, so we asked housekeeping to leave the original covers. * The TV remote did not work during our stay. * The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with reliable hot and cold water 24/7. Overall, while basic amenities were okay, the inflexible management, poor customer service, stained linens, and small room size do not justify the cost. I suggest considering other hotels nearby.

The hotel is nice and the receptionists Tamanna and Ragini are very friendly.

Bedsheets require immediate cleaning. Previously, the rooms were clean, but now they are very dirty. Management, please address this issue seriously.
