Worse air conditioning in hotel. We continously followed up on reception, they have just given excuses. We had 2 night stay , first night we called up , next day morning we perosnally informed at reception they told us we will change the room or will repair the Ac. After all this when we came back ,they again gave us same room. We again complaint for AC. In night 12 o clock we changed the room..again we had same worse air conditioning room. I had last call in night 1:25 in reception for such worse air conditioning. After such sleepless 2 nights we never refer anyone to take this hotel again. Also give us refund for worse service .
Room service is not maintaining time to time
This hotel was very good earlier, whenever I travel to Guwahati I stayed in this property only . This is my 5th time staying in this same property. But I noticed management staffs are always new faces , they are not even having professional approach or manners. Accordingly tariff of room management should keep profesonal staff to give complete service to guest. Which is missing management is trying to adjust with the minimum budgeted staff . If you order something, Food delivery timing is long in breakfast or lunch or dinner even tea coffee also . Less manpower in resturant and reception. Front desk staffs are not familiar with the billing system. Guest need to wait long time to get all supporting bills . After the proper information and advance payment to Front office staff they kept me to waiting at early morning ( 5.30 ) to get my car . Car was not on time. Moreover front office staff was sleeping we gave him shake up call for his duty . Room condition also not good, we have checked in at afternoon but at evening we changed our room due to some maintanence issues.Over all nowadays this hotel is not worthy as per room rate . In this same price we may get good service or good room in Guwahati. I personally will not prefer to stay in this property again. Thank you.
