Hotel D Courtyard

Worst Hotel the reason because no wifi and not responding.... And we Booked double bed(Executive Rooms) they gave single bed we also booked One extra bed .. The asked us to compromise and then gave us the mattress which was like rock so hard it was like sitting on a rock...... Then he brought one bed in that his mattress was larger than the bed...... We asked the recipients to call Manager she said "the manager is out of town" but when we entered we saw that man talking on phone....... After few minutes he came to our room and said I was out of hotel .... Inshort it was not Double bed plus one extra bed it was two single and one mattress. I recommend u guys not to stay in this hotel. Highly not recommended.

Overall experience was good. The issues that i face was some cockroaches in the room. Also the water wasn't too hot in the washroom as it had an centralised water heater.

Very low quality service, mentality, no cleaning, bathroom are smelling like anything, drinking water not provided, staff rude, rooms are changed what offer, bed is dirty with some non speakable items, AC is non working, suffocating, bathroom geyser are not available,you have to bath with cold water, as misguided the hot water will come in left side, they feel all guests are fool, Advance booking has no meaning. Only one thing you can experience,that is full of discomfort after payment of charges. And most importantly,they gave no issues with our feedback or problem, You can stay better in any Dharamshala or free ashram nicely than this hotel Food is also un hygienic..added too much sugar in watermelon juice .they are expert in providing all dimag kharab karne vala things... Never ever go that side I say... Even I have posted the time taken more than two hours after booking before 15 days . and that too without glass of water.. Very very bad experience both the days in a week..I have given a chance for one week to get corrected but even worst service and room is provided without any shame or guilt.Don't stay ever

Not a nice place to stayOur bathroom door lock was broken...no geyser facility was availableDifferent types of cuisines are written in menu card but in real scenario available options were 4-5Didn't keep our breakfast despite of being told that in morning time we will go to temple so couldn't make in time to do breakfast and we will take it after returnStaffs were extremely unprofessional... despite of making full payment they were asking for payment status without checking any documentsDisastrousNot recommended

Extremely disappointing stay. If you’re travelling with family and expect basic hygiene like a clean bed, bathroom, and shower, this is not the place. We had to check out within an hour due to a strong cigarette smell, stained beds, and visible mould in the bathrooms across all four rooms. An offered suite upgrade was even worse, likely due to lack of use and poor upkeep. After a long drive from Kaziranga to Guwahati, all we wanted was a clean, comfortable night’s rest. The only positive was the buffet dinner.
