Hotel Ambarish

The rooms are spacious but infested with bed bugs, making it impossible to sleep all night. Additionally, the rooms are dirty and none of the door locks work. My door was stuck, so they had to open it with a spoon since the key was useless. The service is terrible; no one pays attention and you have to wait 20 minutes just to get the door opened. Despite pre-booking, they asked for extra cash to assign a room. The food service is even worse, with bad taste and overpriced meals. You can't cancel or change your order even after two minutes, and they charge you fully. If you refuse to pay, they behave rudely like thugs. Overall, it was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. I will never return and advise others to avoid wasting their money here.

My stay at this hotel, which was for a medical visit, turned out to be very disappointing. The room (No. 217) was filthy and badly kept. The toilet was stained, smelled bad, and had a broken door that wouldn’t close. The water was reddish and unsafe even for washing your face. The mirror was so dirty that it was hard to see your reflection. Dust was everywhere, including under the bed, and the bedsheets were stained and appeared unwashed. The bed was poorly supported with makeshift plywood. The floor, curtains, and sofa were also dirty, and even the drinking glasses were covered in dust. The TV was not working. Overall, the hygiene and upkeep were very poor, and I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone. The manager exploited our situation and instead of assisting us, gave us the worst room and service.

My stay at this hotel was excellent; the staff were always helpful and available around the clock, and the place felt very safe and secure.
