The average rooms and below-average service were disappointing. While booking online, many amenities were mentioned, but they were not present upon arrival. When I called reception, no one answered, so I went downstairs to investigate. The receptionist was ignoring the call and watching reels. No one bothered to ask for water and the promised welcome drink at the time of checkin, least bothered staff. The hair dryer and mini bar/fridge were missing, and there was a leakage in the washroom. The worn-out furniture and poor-quality hand and body wash were also a concern.We had breakfast and dinner there, as we were tired, but both were average. It was not a good value for money.

Its a good stay if you are flying to/from guwahati as its very close to airport. I had visited here twice, rooms are cleaner, staffs are very polite but lots of mosquitoes. Please do something about it.

Service is okay .. but the behaviour of the person who receives call from room service acts like as if he is the owner of the hotel. I have ordered my dinner and called again to add something with the same but the way he replied was very rude .. he told me to add everything u want at once we have other work to .. i asked him about the quantity he said it will be enough for 2 people when I told him the same thing that u told me that it will be enough for 2 so i am adding 1 more , he replied how can i know how much u eat.This is a very poor customer service from you end . Totally disappointed.. surely not a 3 star hotel.

As the crow flies, distance is less but by car or walking it is bit far. Hotel however has a convenient paid pickup service. Food quality is quite good.
