I have known this hotel since I was a child in Samrat International. It has been running since that time. There was no hotel in Patna that could compete with it. This is the honour of Patna.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever seen. The staff, especially the elderly man at the service desk, was very unresponsive and did not listen to guests’ requests. Even basic things like water were provided after almost an hour. None of the electrical extensions in the room were working, and the TV was also not functional. Overall, a very disappointing stay.you know about breakfast ,nothing will be there they will serve only puri and allu thats it , no fruits no eggs ,no any fry iteam nothing ,dont book this hotel total waste of money
