Please don’t plan your stay here. I had a really terrible experience. My sister has exam at Bapu Parisar still I had to bear all this.I booked a room for 8th September, but my train was delayed and I reached around 12:30 AM. The staff refused to let me check in and kept saying that I should have arrived on 8th September. The worst part was that they had already given my room to someone else, assuming that I wouldn’t come.I had also paid extra for a city-view room, but instead they gave me a different room.What makes it worse is that when I tried to get help through the booking app, there was no proper customer support—only an AI chatbot, which was of no use in this situation.I have a lot more to say about the experience, but I’ll keep it simple: please don’t decide based only on the highly rated or paid reviews. Take the negative reviews seriously and make your decision carefully.Overall, a very disappointing experience with both the staff and the service. I will definitely not be staying here again.
