Hotel Sandesh Pride

Location is good it is in the city and zoo and other tourist places are almost nearby. Rooms are small but are good. Staff is helpful. Food is expensive.

Very Disappointing ExperienceI had a very bad experience at this hotel. They are charging extra for using the swimming pool (’300 per person), but there is no proper information given in advance about this fee.What’s worse is that they inform you about this charge only after you have already used the pool. This feels very unprofessional and misleading.While booking, the pool is clearly mentioned under amenities, which gives the impression that it is included. Charging extra without prior notice is not acceptable and reflects very poor standards.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I would like to share feedback regarding the food experience at Sandesh Pride, Mysore. The vegetarian food options were extremely limited, and unfortunately, even within those limited choices, the food quality did not meet expected standards. Overall, the dining experience was quite disappointing and significantly impacted our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve vegetarian offerings and overall food quality in the future.

A good place of stay with adequate parking a good complementary breakfast. The rooms are great with good amenities. Only problem is to locate the building. It is in the same building as Sandesh Prince but difficult to notice as there is no boards.The towels kept in the room were a bit old and it could be looked into.Overall nice place of stay.There are restaurants near by veg and non-veg.

Highly unethical people. I had paid 2K advance for our stay in Sandesh Pride(24th and 25th December). Due to a death in family, I wanted to cancel the booking and asked for refund. Initially they informed us that the amount can't be refunded, but can be used for an alternate date stay. Later after 2 weeks when I called them for a stay booking, they just don't want to adjust the advance money that we have paid. Highly unethical and fraudulent management. Don't call them directly and book your stay, you will never get your money back it you want to cancel. Moreover, after taking advance also, they had demanded for more money for a friend of mine recently. Avoid to stay with these guys.
