HOTEL SHARDA

I was a very old customer here but now the behavior of the staff in this hotel is very dirty, so now I will never come to this hotel, there are cockroaches even in their food.

We were only one hour late, but the staff misbehaved and didn’t inform us that the 24-hour limit was over. They spoke rudely, told us not to return, and tried to charge extra without proper explanation. Very disappointing experience

One of my friends recently shared an incident that occurred at this hotel. He was with his colleagues on a business visit to Bilaspur, and Raipur came from Bhopal. They checked into AC rooms and soon after, found bed bugs running behind the pillow when they turned it up, discovering many of them, and recorded the incident to show me. I am shocked by seeing that. It's not very considerate to book hotel rooms without giving it a thought. Later, they changed rooms, left the hotel, and moved to another one.I found that they are using brown-colored bed sheets and pillow covers; why not white-colored ones?For better cleaning and hygiene maintenance, they should use white colored bed sheets and covers to mark anything dirty immediately.

Worst hotel in this area never visit , the employee are very rude .
