We had booked a table for 4 for 21st.for dinner. When we reached there,there was a wedding party going on and we could not get a proper place to sit. The manager named Rashid did not take initiative to solve the problem. We asked them for link to give our review and it was not given to us even after half an hour. I think this matter should be looked into because it was a waste of our time and the effort and our petrol.

4 star hotel in bilaspur. Luxurious interior and food was also brilliant. The prices are high as it is a high rated hotel but if are looking for splendid buffet, you won't be upset then.

It is not the hotel. It’s not even 1 star property according to me.It’s a Dharamshala.We checked in on 1st and since 3 days the airconditioning is not working in the room. The technician is telling me it’s centralised cooling so it will take 5 days for the room to get cooled.The towels and napkins given in the room are all used and soiled with stained marks.Staff doesn’t have manners.This hotels license should be cancelled and suspended immediately for life.Look at the audacity of the staff.3 days they have tested my patience and it’s just not acceptable to me.Worst city and worst property I have stayed in my life.Hopeless is not the word. You cannot call it luxury.If they are not equipped to handle a wedding they should tell customers we cannot work under pressure and we cannot handle more than 5 rooms at a time. Just because we booked 100 rooms for a wedding we don’t get service - are you giving that for free? You are charging us for the same.It’s not a Marriott property. I would give negative 5 million for my ratings. (-5 million)Shameless and horrible experience.I don’t know why did I choose to come here??I will write about it on booking, tripadvisor and time magazine and Instagram.

4-star property with 5-star feel.... Excellent service, location, rooms and food (Momo cafe).... And all that in a very reasonable and budget price.. Amazing stay.. Loved it..
