The location is superb, tranquil, and picturesque, making it an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy your visit. The rooms were roomy, well-kept, spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities we required. A special shoutout to GM Suman Ji, whose outstanding leadership, heartfelt hospitality, and personal care made our stay unforgettable. He was highly professional, modest, approachable, and always on hand to ensure everything ran perfectly. His meticulous attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly admirable. The whole staff was extremely polite, courteous, and supportive. Everyone greeted us warmly and made us feel sincerely appreciated. We stayed as a large group, and the hotel's management of everything was impressive. From coordination and check-in to meal arrangements, rooms, and overall group handling, everything was managed efficiently and professionally. This is definitely one of the top hotels for group visits, corporate trips, family events, and celebrations. The food was tasty, the atmosphere delightful, and the overall service outstanding.
