Disappointing experience. The property does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel. Broken lights, non-functional exhaust fan, and a strong smoke smell even in a non-smoking room. The AC in the banquet hall was not working during our exhibition on 28th–29th May, causing major discomfort. The restaurant was fully booked, so we ordered room service, but even basic cutlery was not provided. The hotel needs significant improvement in maintenance and guest services.
Bed was uncomfortable otherwise on road property near railway station. Helpful staff.
Pathetic service, long delays serving food, no cooperation of the staff and the manager is always absent: calls or in person.The staff is untrained and clueless about everything, even after reminding multiple times, there was no response, mosquitoes all over the banquet, food is average.Owner of the hotel is also absent, they are just money minded with low service, please do not book any ocassions here, they will spoil your special day.Overall it was horrible experience,
