Hotel Shraddha

Extremely good, close to the station, staff are very polite, the hotel has a restaurant with good food. Most importantly, the staff's behavior is excellent, keep it up.

Rooms infested with cockroaches, exposed electrical wiring, leaking pipes, and burnt-out switches.

The hotel is located only 200 meters from the railway station and half a kilometer from Katra's main market. It offers ample parking, excellent hospitality, and high-quality rooms. Perfect for visitors to the shrine. A hotel that provides good value for money.

The room was very nice, clean, and tidy. I stayed for two nights and paid Rs 2000 per night. The bathroom was also quite good. However, I felt it was a bit pricey; it should have been around Rs 1700 per night given the quality. The TV was not functioning, there was no Wi-Fi, and the connectivity was poor for two days, which caused many issues. The intercom was also out of order, so I had to visit reception every time I needed assistance. The main issue was the lack of Wi-Fi and the high cost. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Very nice hotel to stay at in NYC with very helpful staff and excellent services.
