Nice property.... Services & facilities are also good... Location wise is also good as it is at centre from Railway station & bus stand.
I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel.I booked a room for 3 days (13 Aug 2026 to 16 Aug 2026) through Agoda, at around 1,000 per night. Although the price was reasonable, the condition and cleanliness of the room were not acceptable even at this price point.Initially, the room allotted to us was not properly cleaned. After complaining to the hotel staff, they changed our room, but unfortunately, the second room also had several issues:1. Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned. There were spider webs, dust, and mosquitoes inside the room.2. AC: The window AC made a very loud noise, almost like a cooler, making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was also no AC remote provided.3. Fan: The fan speed was fixed at around speed 1–2. If you didn't want to use the AC, there was no option to increase the fan speed.4. Washroom smell: At times, an unpleasant smell from the washroom entered the room.5. Balcony: The balcony was not properly cleaned, and the boundary wall had visible algae/moss (kai).6. Bathroom: There was no shower, and the flush was faulty—it worked sometimes but was difficult to use at other times.Overall, the experience was disappointing. Basic cleanliness, maintenance, and essential facilities were lacking. I would not recommend this hotel.
